A year of coming home to yourself. Through your body, your lineage, your voice — back to who you always were beneath everything you were told to be.

There is a part of you that knows.

You feel things deeply — and you carry a quiet longing that is hard to name. A sense that there is more in you than you have been able to reach. More aliveness. More freedom. More of yourself.

The Embodied Journey is a one-year, deeply personal trajectory for women who are ready to come home to themselves. Not to a better version — to the real one. The one that was always there, underneath the conditioning, the roles, the invisible walls.

This journey travels through four seasons — Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn — each one carrying you deeper into your body, your history, and what you have always known but perhaps never fully allowed yourself to be.

We go where most coaching doesn't dare to go. Into the body. Into the lineage. Into your life force, your pleasure, your voice and your truth.

Twelve monthly 1:1 sessions. A personal practice between sessions. A living, breathing journey shaped entirely around you.

Sessions take place via Zoom or in person near Leiden.

Founding investment: €300 per month
