Mindfulness training (in English)

This will enable you to live your life with more peace, healthy energy, resilience, and focus.
In this 8-week mindfulness training course, you will practice, among other things:
- Dealing with stress, (worrying) thoughts, and emotions in a more conscious way
- Better recognizing and respecting your boundaries
- Explanations about stress, fixed patterns, negative thinking, and more
- Guided attention/meditation exercises
- Making space for peace, clarity, and recovery
- Developing kindness toward yourself
This 8-week training course starts on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 6:45 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
Dates Thursdays 6:45 pm- 9:15 pm | May: 14, 21, 28 | June: 4, 11, 18, 25 | July: 2 Silent practice session: June 20 or 21
Live Online via Zoom + silent half-day at a location in Leiden or The Hague (if there is sufficient interest)
