This workshop is a longer version of my weekly classes, where I combine Yin yoga and Body rollin. This workshop offers nad easy and affordable way to perform selfmassage and selfcare. The Yin practice is a space where everithing is welcome and tensions releases, eventually at your own time. Body rolling tecniques are designed as an instrument for self care, where you are in control over where and how deep to go. Once you have learned the basics you can apply this work dayly whereever you are!
