Within one hour "to the point" we explain the background, walk you through the structure and processes of a mindfulness program as well as the requirements for this scientifically proven concept for managing stress.

What is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
By creating a higher awareness we are able identifying pieces of our unconscious mind, behavioral patterns, as well as beliefs, values or (ineffective or judgmental) thoughts. This means we can for example be easier aware of our own physical situation and needs and therefore respect our boundaries. But also we can identify critical (stress)moments and interrupt stress cycles before they get out control. During the course the human brain becomes trained and changes in a way on how stress en stimuli are perceived.
