In these Friday morning meetings, we apply the Alexander Technique principles, namely taking time, being aware and doing less, for exercises that also improve condition and balance. The meetings are online via Zoom. You need a working internet connection, a chair (preferably unpadded) and a nice surface to lie on for the Active Rest exercise. Because of the COVID-19 and financial crises that many are experiencing, these Friday Morning Getting Together - meetings are free until 10th July.
